WHY WORK AT NORTH STAR CAMP?
Working at North Star Camp is more than just a summer job. You will spend your days in Minnesota’s natural beauty, helping campers grow in confidence, try new activities, and build lasting friendships. From leading adventures to sharing moments around the campfire, you will inspire young people to know Jesus while making memories that will last a lifetime.

6/7-8/2 (1 training week + 7 camp weeks)

Room + Board
Room and board are included in the staff contract.

Pay + Expectations
The pay scale is based on experience, education, and additional leadership responsibilities. Staff work a minimum of 10 hours per day, with two hours off each day and one day off per week.
Age
All staff are at least 16 years of age and at least two years older than the minors with whom they are working.
CIT PROGRAM

All CITs are required to be 14-17 years old

Pay + Expectations
To thank you for your help, this week of camp will be available at a discounted rate. The CIT will be partnered with a counselor and will be expected to assist in the cabin. This is an awesome way to get a taste of what it might be like to work at NSC in the future!
