Health and safety are very important to North Star. We are taking the following steps to serve you safely.
Campers and staff need to provide a Negative COVID prior to attending camp
Camp capacity has been reduced to 50%
All camp events have been rescheduled to limited size “Crews”
Heightened cleaning procedures, social distancing, and masking
Health screening and temperature checks will be done at check-in. During these health screening campers have to answer a COVID assessment and have their temperature taken.
Please fill out complete medical information during the registration process including: allergies, current medications, and a consent to treat form. If the camper is taking any medication, medications need to be turned into the office during the check in process.
North Star Camp has a registered nurse on call at all times. Camp staff are certified in CPR and First-Aid. And if there is an emergency, the camp is located close by medical services such as the Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center and the Brainerd urgent care clinic.
