Job Details:

Dates for summer employment are June 2 - July 28, 2024. This includes:1 week staff training, 7 weeks of Camp.

 

Room and board are covered as part of the staff’s contract. The pay scale is based on experience, education, and additional leadership responsibilities. Staff work a minimum of 10 hours per day, with two hours off each day and one day off per week. 

 

Additional Information:

Most Adventist educational institutions have scholarships available for students who work at Camp, in addition to their pay.

 

NSC intends to hire 37 staff this summer. As an ACA accredited camp we will be following these HR guidelines:

• At least 80 percent of the staff must be 18 or older.

• All staff are at least 16 years of age and at least two years older than the minors with whom they are working.

 

Counselors-In-Training Program (CIT) - Ages 14–17. There are 8 spots available to assist a counselor during Cub Camp. To thank you for your help, this week of camp will be available at a discounted rate. The CIT will be partnered with a counselor and will be expected to assist in the cabin.
